Because our products are intimate personal items, any product that has been opened (i.e., whose protective packaging has been removed) is considered used. For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

- If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue, incorrect item, or damage during shipping, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For returns or exchanges that are not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
📝 How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 2 business days.
