🛠️ Processing Order Status
After your payment is confirmed, your order will enter the Processing stage. During this time, we prepare your items, pack them carefully, and handle customs clearance and related procedures.
If your order is in the Processing stage and you need to change or cancel it, please contact our support team right away. We’ll do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
📦 Completed Order Status
When your order shows as Completed, it means your package has already been shipped and is on its way to you. Since the shipment is now in transit and handled by international carriers, further changes or cancellations become difficult at this stage.
If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please wait until you receive the package, then contact us to request a return or exchange. For more details, please visit our Refund & Returns page.
🔍 How to Check Your Order Status
Already have an account? You can check your order status by going to My Account > Orders, or simply click here to view your order details.
If you don’t have an account, just check the email inbox of the address you used when placing the order. The confirmation email we sent you will include the order status.
We also recommend creating an account for easier tracking in the future. You’ll find a link to set up your account in your order confirmation email. Just set your password, and you’re all set!
