How to Track Your Order

📜 Check Your Order Status

Log in to your ololool account and navigate to the Orders section to view all your orders and their current status.

You can also check your order status directly from your email. We’ll send you updates whenever your order status changes.

Order Status: Processing and Completed
After your order is paid, the status will show as Processing. Once your order has been shipped, the status will change to Completed.

🔢 Find Your Tracking Number

When your order status changes to Completed, it means your order has been shipped. You can find your Tracking Number and the Shipping Carrier in the order details section of your account.

Alternatively, you can also find this information in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

📦 Track Your Package

You can track your order in real time by visiting 17track.net or using the 17TRACK app. Simply enter or paste your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment.
